1. You've got 30 days 🗓️ – When your item arrives, take some time to get acquainted with it. If the size is wrong you’ve got 30 days, simply get in touch with us.

2. No stress, no fuss ✌️ – Just reach out to us using the contact us form at, let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll be more than happy to guide you through the process. Remember, we're here to help you.

3. Pack it up 📦 – Safely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), making sure to include any tags or important information.

4. Send it back 🚚 – We'll send you instructions for sending the item back to us.

5. Your happiness, our priority 😊 – Once we receive the returned item and give it a quick check, we'll process your refund or exchange, whichever we’ve agreed. Just sit back and relax, knowing that your happiness is our top priority.

• Please make sure the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.  If it’s not bespoke and you want a refund.

• All sales items can be returned for a store credit. We're sure you'll find something else to love in our shop!

• Custom orders are also covered by our Happiness Guarantee. We want you to be super excited about your bespoke piece, so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you're not completely satisfied.
